Erin was Director of Human Resources Plus (HRP) and a Co-Founder of the organization. HRP was acquired by JER HR Group in January 2023. An experienced HR executive, she specializes in strategic HR Management, Training & Development, Employee Coaching, Compensation, and Resource/Operations Management. Prior to joining HRP Erin was the HR Manager at Cordillera, managing the Benefits & Safety Administration for 600 employees. She is a graduate of Hospitality Management at Becker College in Leicester MA.
