She is a recognized author, speaker, and industry award-winner who’s served as an advisor to Chief Learning Officer magazine. Nancy is a Certified ROI Professional from ROI Institute, an International Coaching Federation professional coach, and a WOHASU team facilitator. Additionally, she brings certifications in Positive Psychology and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction to the measurable work she does with corporate leaders and executive teams.

She holds an MBA from Penn State, an MA from The University of Texas, and an undergraduate degree from Smith College.
