Gina McAndrew is a Master Facilitator for NexaLearning’s onsite and virtual training sessions. She brings more than 20 years of experience with NexaLearning to deliver high-impact training and development programs.
Gina’s past work supported L&D goals for organizations like Harpo Studios, Reynolds Aluminum, United Airlines, and various chains within the hospitality industry.
As a professional trainer, Gina specializes in employee behavior modification courses—facilitating change at all company levels—from operational tiers through senior management. She is adept at conducting needs analyses, implementing coaching techniques, as well as designing and maintaining incentive programs. She is also an effective instructor of customer service, leadership development, team building, diversity, and sales skills classes.
Gina has an unmatched ability to connect with workshop participants on an individual level, and to enrich the learning process with sincerity, humor, and fun. She is a Certified Hospitality Administrator (CHA), a title granted by the Educational Institute of the American Hotel and Lodging Association, and a certified instructor for the ServSafe Food Safety Training, a title granted by the National Restaurant Association.
She is also a certified instructor for Experiential Ropes courses and an Authorized Partner for the Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team training program. In addition, Gina is a professional life coach, dedicated to helping individuals discover their passion and overcome their obstacles.
