Gloria is a senior executive with more than 25 years’ experience in the field of Human Resources. 

She has experience and expertise in the areas of policymaking, strategic planning, training, talent acquisition, team building, mediation, investigations, diversity & inclusion, coaching managers, employee relations, performance management, employment law, and conflict management.

Gloria has served as the HR Director at the Mississippi County Economic Opportunity Commission, in Blytheville, Arkansas. She has also served as the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Chair for the Northeast Arkansas SHRM Chapter. 

Additional DEI experience includes building and increasing multi-ethnic teams, and other diversity initiatives.
