Executive Coach
Liz Summers is an Executive Coach with JER HR Group, specializing in training, facilitation, executive coaching, and leadership development.
As a trained facilitator and speaker, Liz works with individuals and groups to increase effectiveness and performance while minimizing conflict. Her clients have ranged from small nonprofit organizations and educational institutions to Fortune 200 companies, from hospitality to publishing, national associations and municipalities. Services include leadership development, staff, and board retreats, change management, executive coaching, and strategic planning.
Liz is based in Lehigh Valley, PA where she is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and a Standards for Excellence Consultant with PANO (Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations).
She serves as an adjunct faculty member at Northampton Community College and is a featured contributor to the collaborative book, Standing Out: Innovators, Disruptors, and Influencers.
Liz has a BA in Communications from Wake Forest University and over twenty years of leadership, communication, and marketing/public relations experience.
Additionally, Liz is certified in Everything DiSC, Change Style Indicator, and Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team. Liz believes in the importance of strong leadership for personal and professional excellence.
