Liz P. Summers

Senior Consultant

Liz Summers is a Senior Consultant with NexaLearning a division of JER HR Group, specializing in training, facilitation, executive coaching, and leadership development.

Based in NC, Liz received her BA in Communications from Wake Forest University and has been with NexaLearning for 11 years. Recently, she has served as a Standards for Excellence Consultant with PANO (Pennsylvania Association of Nonprofit Organizations) and serves as an adjunct faculty member for Northampton Community College. Liz is certified in Everything DiSC®, Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Indicator, Change Style Indicator, and Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team.

As a trained facilitator and speaker, Liz works with individuals and groups to increase effectiveness and performance while minimizing conflict. Her clients have ranged from small nonprofit organizations and educational institutions to Fortune 200 companies, from hospitality to publishing, national associations and municipalities. Services include leadership development, staff and board retreats, change management, and executive coaching.
