Marjie Troutman has been responsible for driving the Recruitment, Selection, and Retention strategic hiring for over 100 associates.

Additionally, she has been responsible for Employee Relations including legal compliance, performance management, training and development, and facilitation of communication among associates, and management of Wage and Salary Administration, Orientation Program, Safety Program, Workers Compensation Compliance, and FMLA Documentation.

Marjie has experience and expertise with NetSuite and Ulti Pro systems. She has a B.A. in English and Education and earned her Certificate of Graduate Studies in Human Resource Management from the University of Pittsburg.
