Ronnie Grabon has spent over 30 years as an Executive Coach, facilitator, teacher, trainer, consultant, and HR executive.

In her coaching practice, she focuses on working with individuals to achieve significant professional and personal goals. Ronnie has both a BA and MBA from Rutgers University, is a Professional Certified Coach, and earned her SPHR certification.

Her areas of focus are strategic thinking, innovative processes, team leadership and diversity, equity, and inclusion.

She is also certified in many assessments including MBTI, EQi 2.0, Change Style Indicator, Workplace Big 5, and a variety of 360 instruments.
