Mary Jane Umberger served for 21 years as Manager of HR for a world class manufacturing firm. As a consultant Mary Jane provides professional outplacement, HR outsourcing, and training in a variety of business environments. She is also a past adjunct faculty at the Wytheville Community College.

She created a unique leadership development program entitled The Magic of Effective Leadership, and has developed over a dozen multi-media presentations designed to enhance public relations, improve organizational esprit de corps, and generate non-profit funding.

She is a business graduate of Virginia Teach and a member of the New River Valley SHRM.
