As a Senior Consultant, Sandie designs and implements the public courses we offer and works with clients and affiliates to customize organizational development initiatives and curriculum.
Sandie is a Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and is certified in Everything DiSC®, Profiles XT, Profiles CheckPoint 360°, Profiles Sales Assessment, and Profiles Managerial Fit®.
She utilizes the Wiley Everything DiSC® family of behavioral assessments, Discovery Learning profiles from MHS, as well as the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) instrument from Personal Strengths Publishing.
